Managing behavior does not solve the root cause. Hitting may be helping child to fulfill some need. Understand it and guide them to explore more pathways.
Bad news is Good news at Aarohi. Some kids continue to fight, tease, hit each other. Good news because its an opportunity for us to work more.
Some kids initiate hitting, some tease others and gets hitting in response, some respond through hitting and throwing stones. Its not about their behavior but about under developed social skills. While we work on safety, let us also work on problem solving skills.
