Nurture Every child's passion

Aarohi Nurtures every passion – Trading to creativity

Recently the following video made a parent asked, “Can Aarohi really support a career like trading?” our answer was a big, enthusiastic YES! Aarohi nurtures every passion from trading to creativity.

First let’s understand why we might find it difficult to support unique interests of child?

Treating Professions and Learning Like Separate Boxes?

Most of us grew up thinking the world is divided by subjects, ages, and even gender. Some work is “only for adults,” some play is “only for kids,” and certain skills are “for boys” or “for girls.” But the real world? It doesn’t work in neat little compartments. Everything is connected, and so is learning.

Why do parents / children get in boxes of conventional subjects

Fear of trying something new. Kids (and adults!) worry about looking silly or being a “novice.”

Pressure to specialize too early. We push kids to pick a path before they’ve had a chance to explore.

Obsession with one career. We act like there’s only one “right” choice.

Worrying too much about outcomes. We stress over the end result instead of enjoying the journey.

How Do Most children Pick Their Subjects?

Usually, it’s by elimination: “I don’t want this,” then picking from what’s left. Or it’s about what the family agrees on, what friends choose, or what’s available. Rarely do we pause and say, “I’m not sure yet, I want to explore.”

But that’s exactly what we encourage at Aarohi—treating exploration as a valid, valuable part of finding your passion. How Aarohi welcomes every type of learner –

1. Subjects? We Don’t Teach Them—We Live Them

Traditional systems need standardization to function smoothly. Even as parents, we often have our own ideas about which subjects are “better,” limiting choices. Learning gets divided into thin subjects. Why shouldn’t a boy learn crochet or a girl join a motorcycle rally? Why do we think only adults can handle certain work, or only kids should play? But at Aarohi, we don’t see learning through the lens of subjects. We believe everything can be learned with passion—whether it’s trading, gardening, public speaking, or fixing a bicycle.

At Aarohi, we say:

1. Learning isn’t divided by subjects.

2. Anyone can learn anything, at any age.

3. Everyone is both a teacher and a learner.

No labels, no limits, just learning and living. We don’t decide which subjects are “better” or “more useful.” Instead, our focus is on helping kids become self-learners, exposing them to many experiences, and supporting them to build on their strengths while knowing their weaknesses.

An Aarohi alumni Sahil did not enjoy routine subjects. His parents supported him extensively to became an open learner and nurtured his way of learning. He had the freedom to explore areas that he was passionate about, diving deeper into hobbies like photography, adventure sports, and automobiles. Today, at the age of 23, Sahil has carved out a successful career for himself. He runs his own digital marketing agency while indulging his love for cars and bikes by restoring vehicles in his spare time.

2. becoming a self-learner

We all learned to walk, talk, and navigate the world long before any formal teaching. We all pick up new skills as adults—using a smartphone, managing online payments, or learning a new recipe—because we’re self-learners at heart.

At Aarohi, we nurture this natural ability. We encourage passion for learning. Kids design their own days, choose what to work on, and learn by doing. We’re there to support, guide, and cheer them on, but the conductor of this orchestra is always the child.

3. Expose, explore, Evolve

We like to think of ourselves as undercover detectives—helping kids discover what they’re good at, where they can improve, and what truly excites them. The whole community—peers, facilitators, parents—works together, but the child leads the way.

Expose, explore, evolve

So, how can Aarohi Support a Career in Trading?

1. Let child Dive Deep—No Distractions, No Limits

At Aarohi, children are free to follow their interests—24/7. There are no exams, no compulsory classes, and no pressure to “keep up” with a set curriculum. If your child wants to focus on trading, they can go all in, just like Advik, who immersed himself in trading for 2.5 years! This kind of deep dive helps kids build real expertise and confidence in what they love.

2. Real-World Mentoring and Industry Connections

We believe learning should be real and relevant. That means helping kids connect with industry experts, find mentors, and get hands-on experience through internships or projects. Whether it’s joining a trading community, shadowing a professional, or attending webinars, we open doors to meaningful industry interactions.

3. Building a Portfolio—Showcasing Real Work

Forget just collecting certificates. At Aarohi, kids create portfolios that showcase their actual work—trades, strategies, reflections, and lessons learned. This becomes their “work certification,” something tangible they can share with future employers or clients. It’s proof of what they can do, not just what they’ve memorized.

4. Expanding Horizons—Beyond Just One Field

We gently encourage kids to look beyond their main interest. For a young trader, that might mean exploring psychology (for understanding risk), math (for statistics), or economics (for market trends). At Aarohi, every field is open—art, science, music, sports—because every experience adds depth to their journey. The world is interconnected, and so is learning.

5. Supporting Self-Understanding and Emotional Growth

Success in any career isn’t just about skills—it’s about knowing yourself. At Aarohi, we help kids build emotional intelligence, resilience, and self-awareness. They learn to handle stress, work through setbacks, and develop the mental strength to live a meaningful, balanced life.

And So Much More…

The core is that Aarohi supports each child in whatever they need. But more than that, we support your child in any passion or career they want to explore. If they don’t know what is their passion we help them to find their talents, interest, or passion. We throw out the boxes, the labels, and the limits. We give them the space, the tools, the mentors, and the support to dive deep, try new things, build real skills, and—most importantly—enjoy the journey. At Aarohi, the world is your child’s classroom. We are here to help the children – one curious step at a time .
