Whichever is your domain, you can start your journey with CoVersity. You decide your domain and then deep dive in it for at least 6 months.

This is quite natural. CoVersity is a journey to discover which of your interests you want to take ahead as your profession / passion. You do this by deep diving into various domains one at a time (each for at least 6 months).

Yes definitely. You start by deep diving into one of your interests / domains for at least 6 months. Then you decide if you want to continue in the same domain or switch to another one.

Irrespective of your domain, you become part of the cohort where all members actively co-create, collaborate and co-facilitate each other.

If you’re 14-21 years old and ready to commit for yourself to work towards your domain.

Well not really – since CoVersity is a deep dive – so you’re fully committing yourself to do intense work in the your domain – which will take away all your time.
Our invitation is to step back – experience this kind of journey for at least a year and then if you want to back to school or college or job – you’re most welcome

Firstly, One year is not only important for you to experience your domains/ interests.
Secondly, your deep work in this one year duration helps you to develop core self skills and empowers you to build your professional journey in future.

Your commitment to deep dive into your passion and grow professionally is the main criteria to join CoVersity. Otherwise, your marks, degrees, certificates, location, socio economic background don’t matter. You could have been a schooler, unschooler, home schooler, open learner – everyone is welcome.

Yes you may join since 10th or 12 boards are irrelevant to join CoVersity. However, this journey is intense requiring serious commitment towards your passion.

You and your cohort buddies decide, design and plan the journey. At each stage, you are constantly reflecting, reviewing progress for skillset, pace, self development etc. Guides ensure cohorts stick to their plan and provide support, wherever needed.

At CoVersity, you connect with industry from day one. You upgrade your skills to a professional level through internships and client projects. To take up a job, you leverage industry connections, mentor references and showcase relevant work as part of your portfolio.

Your work becomes your certificate. In CoVersity, you record all your projects, internships, work, etc. as part of your portfolio. The portfolio helps in showcasing your capabilities, skills and professional attitude to future clients and employers.

This is precisely the essence of CoVersity – help you deep dive in as many domains as you want. You commit to a domain for at least 6 months and live it like your profession to make an informed choice if you wish to pursue it further.

CoVersity supports you for as long as you need, to discover and craft your professional journey. Based on your personal aspirations, your journey is unique to you which may lead to any of the professional possibilities – entrepreneur, freelancer, job or pursuit for joy.

You can try the CoVersity journey for a year if your current job and passion are not aligned. You live your passion like a profession by connecting with industry, doing intense and relevant domain work and being able to make an informed choice.

You start with a minimum 1 year. You decide how quickly you want to settle either in a job, business, consultancy etc. You plan the journey as per your vision. Time taken to settle is entirely related to your commitment, plan and need.

This is quite natural and something you will face in your work-life too. In CoVersity, we welcome this as an opportunity to learn and develop important social skills required to be a team player. 

At CoVersity, you will view the whole aspect of ‘Mentorship’ through varying lenses . A book written by an industry veteran, workshop designed by domain experts, online tutorials – are all mentoring you in a way.
However, if at any point you feel the need to be mentored by an industry expert – you will scout for one yourself with the support of cohort buddies, community, guides, online research & connect etc. You will connect with mentors and decide based on your comfort, need etc.

Parents are co passengers on this journey. As guides, they take responsibility for the entire cohort. In this way, families can rely on and support each other; knowing the comfort of being with other families charting a similar journey. 

Parents and Aarohi facilitators become your guides at CoVersity. Guides ensure the cohorts are headed in the direction of their co-created vision. They assist the cohorts on reflection, tracking progress, providing resources and above all, offering emotional support.

Discussions with cohort buddies adds multiple perspectives to your learning. Your exposure multiplies and you learn new things from buddies. Your inputs add value to other people’s journey. When you feel stuck, discussions can also offer emotional support beyond the work aspect.

That should not be a concern. You will design your roadmap and co create your journey along with cohort buddies. Also, you shall have the support system of guides, mentors and community. So, you aren’t alone on this journey – there’s ample support and guidance.

At CoVersity, you view the entire world as a resource. Based on your needs on the journey, you may engage with different types of resources – workshops, online tutorials, projects, courses, competitions, internships, mentor-led coaching – to equip yourself with relevant skills. Your cohort is a valuable resource too where you can learn from your buddies or explore different mediums of learning together.

Not at all. We strongly believe language, socio-economic backgrounds should not be a barrier for anyone to pursue their passion. We consciously want to share the option of CoVersity with as many passionate youth as possible.

Yes, surely. At CoVersity, you can intensify your self work and deep dive into your passion along with cohort buddies who will constantly challenge and support you on the journey.

You decide what you want to learn, how you want to learn and from whom you want to learn. You are not restricted to a medium or format. You have the flexibility to decide, design and implement your learning plan in your style and pace. So you become in charge of your journey.

The minimum time commitment is for 1 year. After the first year, you choose to be part of CoVersity until you have taken the professional leap or derive value from the entire ecosystem.

No, you can become part of CoVersity only when you turn 14, as per your date of birth. Until then, we suggest you continue exploring various interests by doing.

CoVersity is all about deep diving into your passion. It is an intense journey where you may take up internships or work on client projects. So, you cannot pursue it along with school/college.
You may try a ‘deep dive year’ – taking a break from school/college and pursuing your passion full fledged to see how you can take it to the professional level.

You will spend a considerable time at the campus, co creating and co planning along with your cohort buddies. You may travel for internships, projects etc. So, you cannot attend CoVersity online.
