The FLEXIBILITY of deep-diving into multiple domains allows me to discover my key interests or passion. I meaningfully enjoy each domain, one after another, to discover my deeper callings.
Since CoVersity centers around my Passions – I-LIVE-OUT-MY-PASSION – full on. What else is life for? Then each doing, each moment, each effort, each struggle, each achievement is joyous.
CoVersity Is … Ownership
I have deep COMMITMENT to myself. And that is more than enough for me to learn, grow, fail, raise myself again and continue to drive my growth. Its my Life.
No wonder the CoVersity journey becomes worthwhile simply because of the INTENSITY I bring to my work. The intensity is also because my work is out there in the real world – it kind of demands growth out of me!
When my ideas drive my doing, I experiment and INNOVATE. I am ready to make mistakes, to try the untried, embrace my weaknesses as much as I leverage my strengths.
CoVersity Is … Deep Learning
From day one I am working in a Cohort – COLLABORATION, interdependence and TEAM WORK are the daily staple diet.
Real life projects, industry assignments, internships ensure that all learning efforts are CONTEXUAL and EXPERIENTIAL. No wonder my expertise and skill development is deep and immediately relevant to future work.
Also as I learn something – I immediately apply it and then I add another skill and again apply it – the whole learning journey is COMPOUNDED and each builds on another.
CoVersity Is … Rewarding
Since most of my work and time is spent on all that I need to learn and do in my interest-domain – the whole effort is focused and EFFICIENT and each bit adds directly to my growth.
Each project, internship, challenge, etc. fuels my investment into my being PROFESSIONALLY TRAINED. In some ways I get rewarded for my investments immediately – so my ROI (Return-On-Investment) is high.
One strength of CoVersity, which is also a huge reward, is the DIVERSIFIED GROWTH TRIBE – each individual not just in my cohort but other cohorts and the professionals from the industry (including mentors and guides) add to my core growth. Each individual brings not just a different persona, but different strengths and skills. I grow amidst others.
CoVersity Is … Work & Life Ready
CoVersity is not just about my profession, but about ME. I spend specific and conscious effort on DEVELOPING SELF – my emotions, beliefs, relationships, physical health – all are core to have a life that I want.
Also, with my passion on my sleeve, and all my work being in the real world – when I formally enter an organization or business – I am already enough trained and WORK-READY – an asset for the world.
There is more to CoVersity than what we can write here. In some ways, you reap what you sow, you develop what you work on, you get to where you aspire to go to – it’s YOUR LIFE.
