Industry Experience
The industry is extremely welcoming of these youth who can demonstrate their capabilities and willingness to learn by working in the real world, through their portfolio. Of course, it is not always the first attempt or every organisation.
However, networking and connecting with different firms is a learning experience in itself for the youth. In our experience, many new-age firms, start ups are very excited to work with these youth and highly encouraging of open learning as a concept.
Support Circles
Diverse support systems to be with you through the journey
- Lead your journey along with a cohort of like-minded, driven youth. Cohort buddies help you see varied perspectives, they give feedback, keep a check on each other’s plans, help each other, collaborate if needed. Being on a similar journey, cohort buddies can relate with you the most.
- Parents & facilitators, as guides assist the cohort by staying connected with them regularly. They add value by expanding the cohort’s perspectives, challenging them out of their comfort zone, helping them see the big picture and above all, offering emotional support.
- Go full on with your journey knowing you have the support of a thriving Aarohi community, with close to 100 families. As a family, you become part of the community constantly questioning, evolving, mentoring and supporting each other
