Why Peers are the Best Facilitators?

Why Peers are the Best Facilitators?

Very simply, I have learned far more from my peers than I have learned from experts, gurus and teachers.

I learn more from peers because I have spent so much more time with my buddies, friends and colleagues. They have been truly fun to be with.

Without directing me, my peers have in a million subtle ways nudged me in all kinds of directions. Without trying to own up the guidance, they have been there to guide me.

Peers are also upfront- in a loving way – when they give me feedback or pull or push me.

In fact, most kicks that I have loved in life have come from my peers. They donโ€™t just have a sense of humor, they have a sense of connection which is natural.

Given that they are peers – that is they are at par with me. Which means in their non-condescending way they have shown me the mirror – mostly helping me to see what is inside me. This is perhaps the most important facilitation Iโ€™ve got – the constant rubbing of my lamp to get the genie out of me.

Obviously, since I and my peers are swimming in the same river, we have ended up helping each other without any account of the same. The support has just been so timely and persistent.

Gratitude is all have. I would say, in my next birth, if I were to be raised on Mars, just put my buddies there too.

CoVersity – as the name suggests, offers just that – a space for youth to facilitate each other – which not only they do very naturally, but also far more effectively.

I am not saying no other support is needed, but the big one in CoVersity (and for me in my life) is my peers.
