Aditi and Ratnesh, our founders, bring 23 years of hands-on experience with 16,000–18,000 children, plus thousands of workshops with parents and educators. Their work has spanned children from toddlers to young adults.

Every week, you come together with fellow parents and Aarohi mentors in an open live session. It’s a space to explore your questions, share your experiences, learn from others, and gather practical insights you can use with your child.

You join Aarohi mentors once a month for an intensive online workshop focused on education, learning, child development, and your role as a parent, guide, and facilitator.

Everyday you stay connected with community on Discord — where parents share their explorations with children, everyday situations, struggles, and learnings. These ongoing posts, discussions, and small challenges help everyone learn from each other’s real, daily experiences.

You meet mentors 1:1 every month — a safe space to pause, breathe, and receive the emotional and intellectual support you need on this journey.
