Last term Aarohi hosted 2 events .Learning Utsav and Open Learning offline meet up. Both these events were led by a team of teenagers/ children below 18 yrs at campus with the guidance of facilitators.
The whole experience of organizing an event along with its nifty gritties of understanding the requirements, planning, execution and hosting require various skills like thinking, coordinating, networking, being a team player and crisis management.
All through this they experienced and understood their strengths and their limitations.
This gave them the excellent opportunity to showcase their skills along with adding these to their portfolio.
