Hygiene of the MIND– Image we carry about self – for example I can’t do this, I am not serious, I am Irresponsible, I am not useful, I am not needed, I am unaccepted, I am dumb, It’s boring, Its tough, It’s not possible, why I, I don’t, I can’t. Images we make, sometimes they are true, sometimes they are just images and nothing more. Sharing with partners and reviewing images about the world, the family, the neighborhood and finally for self was an experience to just connect with our images. And wrote about the images we don’t want about self and we burned them all!
Hygiene of the SOUL –understanding the impact one is making in the environment, for self, and for others by documenting it at the end of the week – Each one of us defined soul differently – Spirit, soul, Actual me, Inner self, Self, Me, Inside me, Universe, Inner energy, Energy, Subconscious mind, etc.
The idea was to review if one wants to give any suggestion to self or review self-hygiene or bring any changes for self – education at Aarohi is all about self-discovery!
Review of personal hygiene from a child’s perspective – unedited (with the child’s permission posting here)– I eat with clean hands because I want to avoid diseases. i wash face for my face to look fair.i comb to look good and handsome.i clean ears so wax doesn’t make my ear pain.i wash after play because I want to make my ear to pain.clean teeth so tartar which I have don’t develop any more than what it already is.i clean cutlery so the person that finds my plate gets a clean plate and his hygiene is safe.i drink water to stay hydrated.i don’t clean my nails because is cut them .don’t massage my gums because I didn’t know a thing like that existed till now.clean shoes I do for my shoe to always look new.eat then talk I do so I can finish in time.clean behind ears I don’t because I can’t see behind my ears so I don’t realize whether it’s clean or not. This I my detailed hygiene.
