This summer, organizing the event brought the power of feedback. Each week the participants took part in giving feedback to Aarohi. Each feedback documented and shared with the team helped in growing each week.
Various kids took part in organizing the event of summer camp. The work was part of our regular life at Aarohi and similar to what we do as part of our learning in other months at Aarohi – One of them took the responsibility of guest, while the other one organise the planning session, one took complete charge of bedding while the few other took the responsibility of campus tours to each new participant.
Each week feedback helped in reflecting and bringing necessary changes – it was a self-correcting and growing tool.
