Learning Mela at Neighbourhood schools.
The journey began with two kids getting interested in connecting with neighbourhood schools. They went around to find more about the schools and their eagerness to invite us. It was not easy to walk around, talk around and plan for the learning Mela.
Other kids at the campus joined them on Friday to set various learning stalls. Each one choose to set up the stalls of their interest as well as thought ” what will the kids in neighbourhood schools would like?’ Chess, Carrom, puzzles, Origsmi, Juggling, Games, Crochet, Craft, Reading books were the common choices.
No teachers, no instructions, no controllers…they just spent time together to learn and play together.
