We read a book called HELLO RUBY which is a very nice exploration of a computer..then he spent a few days exploring my old sony vaio himself (i wasn’t part of it but could see him sitting with it everyday)..then yesterday he decided to just make it himself..both hardware part and software part…explaining all the parts and acting out each part (for example, RAM is always huffing and puffing because CPU keeps ordering it around) etc….i was also pretty gobsmacked by how much he learnt by self-exploration and reading..didn’t realize but saw the power of self-learning
