Nature brings joy!
While working at campus one of the child spotted a snake eating a frog, Soon the whole campus was observing. We wondered how can such small mouth gulp such a big frog… we watched the whole process for an hour from a safe distance. All our questions were answered.
Our inquiring mind observed each detail of the snake and with the help of books we identified the snake as keelback. Its non venomous nature gave us comfort and we were comfortable with him/her around our herbal garden. Throughout the day we kept on spotting it where it was moving, because we wanted to know when will his big tummy become normal.
A day with this snake was a teaching lesson from nature in the middle of other schedules.
