This was the first outdoor of the year. Till Wednesday we did not get any response from the places which we were trying for outdoor. I was not at peace. At one end I was challenged to settle new children in the session and outdoor kept running in the back of my mind. I wanted to plan out everything for outdoor in time. I realised that sometimes things are not in your hand. I experienced the dynamics involved in deciding and coordinating the outdoor places. All outdoors bring new learning for me:). I have just started.
When I was reflecting on this outdoor, I realised it was totally faculty driven. I was thinking how we can work as a team? Every outdoor, through reflection we can evolve different processes of outdoor, like: badges, first aid, selection of the place, my role in outdoor, etc… Looking forward to evolve outdoor with children.
