ID – We got introduced to the festival of id through two of our kids who celebrate and fast at campus during this festival and Fatima akka. Invitation to celebrate ID with her at her home in town was irresistible. All at campus decorated ourselves and since most did not have ‘festival dress’ some borrowed from others, some just put best of the attires.
We ate together, spend time and had fun at Akka’s home, trying to make friends with calf was difficult since she keep on rejecting us, chasing chicks was unsuccessful as they were too quick, cuddling dogs was easy as they allowed us to pat and hug them.
