Environment Effect

We had been to chaukul as KAA++. First day night we all sat in circle and were introducing ourselves. People from various places had come and we were total 25 of us including children and adult. We started from one corner. When our children’s turn came, they started introducing themselves with lot of confidence and reasonably loud voice. We completed the introduction round and we dispersed to mingle with each other. Some of the group members came to me and asked : How these children were so comfortable speaking in group? How are you training them? I smiled at them, didn’t know what to say. I just wondered: “training???”
