Darkness has many hidden stories….many comes from inside us. Night brings darkness and darkness brings fear in some and fear creates many stories inside us.
Some new, some old…wanted to share their hidden dark stories. We used drawing as a medium to explore those stories. Just started drawing what we see in dark…..moved on how does that looks? Wondered who all would be friends, what all favorite things to do and eat and so on. Some talked more, some talked less, some in detail, some used just one words, some nothing ….describing their fear in picture.
The session was not to take the fear out or to be brave, but it was to come closer to our fear to know ourselves and our own fears. One of them said ‘it’s all in my mind, my own imagination, but still its fear’.
