This is one of the criteria for selecting us by the cohorts. The idea is that we&#8217;re not meant to be mentors. Cohorts will seek mentors in their specific fields from outside Aarohi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the beginning we faced struggles in how to contribute to the cohort&#8217;s journey. There was confusion about where and how to add value. Listening to the cohort\u2019s struggle, holding space&nbsp; and giving perspective when they felt lost was ok, but as a whole we had to figure out what other areas we could add value. That&#8217;s when there was a suggestion that we could share our learnings in our respective domains.
