This is considered acceptable or in some cases, even cool for adults. However, this very phenomenon becomes a source of grave concern when it comes to youth switching their interests. This live focused on &#8216;changing one&#8217;s domain&#8217; through the journey of one of our cohort members. Dhrupad had been training at professional football for some years now. Recently, he decided to explore other domains as well &#8211; starting with digital marketing and chose to continue playing football for the joy of it rather than as a profession. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Excerpts from the discussion &#8211;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> \u2728Everything seems easy in the mind, it is only when you get down to &#8216;doing&#8217; you realise the complexities and various factors that come into play\u2728 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2728Training intensely for football for 4 years built the rigour and consistency in my &#8216;self&#8217; to channel sustained efforts daily towards any domain I choose\u2728 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2728The decision to move on from professional football was not a random choice. It was well informed and after much deliberation. So I have no regrets\u2728 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2728Message for Parents and youth who are worried about not being clear about their interests &#8211; &#8216;Come join us at CoVersity where there&#8217;s enough structure as well as flexibility to design your own professional journey.
