We got Trampoline in gift
Some of us were involved in buying and installing
Some of us also read the usual manual and explained the usage
And still the Trampoline got torned in some places (the stitches came out)- it was too soon for this deterioration.
It was the time to INSPECT and UNDERSTAND what went wrong or what can be changed in future!
Our Aarohi Warden, contacted the suppliers for replacement. Initially with apprehension (they will not change). Connecting with supplier helped them to also know how to use it appropriately for long life, and also the suppliers changed the outer ring of Trampoline (damaged part).
A small care session was called for to UNDERSTAND usages of the Trampoline to ensure care for future.
