Arts

In the beginning, I wanted to take up art as my profession because I was so passionate about it. But as I explored it more deeply, I realized that art is more of a hobby for me—a space where I can express myself creatively and have fun.

I’ve explored art in so many ways, and it’s been such an amazing journey! I’ve tried different styles like Madhubani, watercolor, mandala art, coffee spill art, pencil shading, fabric painting, and even one-stroke painting. I took a course on pencil shading and attended classes to improve my watercolor skills.

One of my proudest moments was conducting my very first workshop at the age of 13. That’s when I earned my first money, and it was an unforgettable experience. After that, I went on to conduct many Madhubani art workshops. In fact, I learned Madhubani art specifically to teach it in workshops.

What’s interesting is that my exploration in art has helped me in unexpected ways, especially in planning and designing buildings, which is my current area of interest. The skills I’ve developed through art—like attention to detail, creativity, and visualizing designs—are now playing a big role in my work with sustainable construction.

Art has truly been a foundational part of my journey. It’s not just a hobby, but a stepping stone that continues to inspire me and shape my path forward.
