I have always found joy in cooking, and for me, the process is as fulfilling as the result. Cooking allows me to explore my creativity and experiment with flavors, which is something I absolutely love. I’ve tried a wide range of dishes, both savory and sweet, from chocolate cakes, coffee cakes, and banana bread to garlic bread, ice cream cake, tikkis, pancakes, and cookies. I’ve also enjoyed preparing traditional and fusion foods like puttu, payasam, murukku, donuts, fruit custards, sabzi, baked veggies, ravioli, pasta, frankies, salads, soups, tikka, samosas, chaat, jams, parotta, naan, and paneer gravy.
What excites me the most is that I rarely stick to a recipe as written. I love experimenting and playing around with ingredients, mixing up spices, textures, and flavors to create something uniquely my own. Sometimes the results are exactly what I hoped for, and other times they don’t turn out as expected, but that’s all part of the fun. Every dish I make is a learning experience, and even when things don’t go according to plan, I find myself growing in the kitchen.
Cooking has become a way for me to express creativity, challenge myself, and discover new combinations that surprise me. The process is as much about intuition and exploration as it is about following techniques. It’s this freedom and joy in experimenting that keeps me motivated to keep learning and improving my skills in the kitchen.
