Create anything – Upcoming Creator’s Camp from 30th-Sep-2024 to 4th-Oct-2024
Key Points:
- While Creators camp is specially for Open Learners, UnSchoolers and HomeSchoolers, anyone between 0-99 years can join;
- The focus of this camp is on creating – be it in any field.
- There are no prepared activities – we together ideate, brainstorm what each wants to create individually, in smaller groups or we create as a whole group.
- We even co-create our own plan for the day / camp duration.
- Creation invariably requires failure – so all mistakes and failures will be constantly celebrated.
Support Circles: Almost everybody around would connect, push, nudge you out of the comfort zone and assist you when required
Participation:
- Family Participation: Parents, siblings, grandparents – all ages learners can join the camp together and stay at the campus during this week. Each one of us will experience the campus & community as learners in Creators Camp.
- Children under 8 years need to be accompanied by at least one parent
- We will all liv together at Aarohi Campus for these 5 days
- Dates: One week camp : 30th Sep to 4th Oct 2024
- You arrive at campus on Monday 30th Sep morning (before 10 am) and leave on Friday 4th Oct afternoon.
- The last day of the camp is reserved for Show Off and Presentation. It would be great if all the families will be participative totally till the end of the camp (4th October)
- Aarohi Campus is located near Bangalore (1.5 hrs drive) in a village near the city of Hosur, about 4-5 hrs from Chennai.
Financial Contribution:
- Aarohi, being a charitable trust, has no source of income and hence expenses incurred on maintaining the campus, staff, food, stay have to be borne by all, including the guests.
- Contribution is any amount within this sliding scale:
For Anyone above 8 years, ₹7,000 to ₹10,000 per week per person
For children below 8 years, consider 50% of above - Contribution to be paid at the time of registration itself.
