In the morning on Friday Ratnesh with Irritation in his voice showed my son the food fallen on the floor. With anger and anxiety in my voice I asked Ratnesh to check his images, if his response would be same If he was meeting our son for the first time?
I realized I was talking with the same irritation and operating from images, I asked myself, will my response would have been same, If I was meeting Ratnesh for the first time???
Well, In one of the faculty meeting, someone asked me “should not we work with every child, as If we are meeting him/her for the first time? It left me pondering and I started consciously thinking and observing my responses. Some places the previous data did not bother me or effected my responses, at some places they did effect.
