We normally do not talk about what worst can happen, but we do think about it (that is why we get anxious). Our kids also do not talk freely about what do they think what worst can happen, but the reality is they do think about it and sometimes get worried and sometimes also do not know when this worry becomes deep rooted inside them.

One of the days we reflected on our day by thinking what worst could have happened. We actually went on the terrace (one of our favorite place) from where we get a panoramic view of the campus, it was just around sunset, we all closed our eyes, lied down and imagined ‘what worst could have happened when I was playing sports and also what best could have happened’ like this we imagined worst and best for various activities of the day….try this today at home or at the end of the class in school.
