Sophrology means knowing of consciousness and knowing our emotions and manage them. A session with Marie from France allowed us to play with emotions.

After working for various companies in accountancy in France, she opted for an alternative life and that led her exploring Sorphology and she enjoys it!

We played with two emotions – Anger and Joy.
Ever wondered….Where do you feel your emotions in your body? Which direction does your emotions goes in your body? Do you see colur of your emotion? Do you keep anger inside? Do you spread your joy? Do we know what anger is doing to our brain? Do we know how to manage them? What do we do most when we express our anger? Scream, Crib, Violence, Breaking things, Shout on someone, Show anger on others and so on. When we have anger inside, it is monster inside.
Ninja Exercise to put away anger. Body feeling relaxed and released. Anger accumulated inside the body can lead to stress inside. Connecting to the emotions can help in releasing the stress.

Relaxation exercise to experience the joy. Feels comfortable, energised, relaxed, peaceful. We often experience many joyful moments but we rarely pay attention to that. Those moments can energise us.

We ended the session with a question “Do we pay enough attention to our emotions?”
