Fitness Plan - 3 days a week

Fitness Routine

  1. Warm up -10 minutes - any music any dance 2 times
  2. Tabata workout - 10 minutes, squats, hop and back, push up, mountain walk, plank walk, crunches, fish out of water
  3. Surya Namaskaer- 4-5 rounds
  4. Relaxation - 10 minutes (start with chanting a, u, aa and then relaxing each part of the body). This step is important
