Active me at Aarohi: after our morning exercise routine and glass of milk and some biscuits we start active-me time:
Play outdoor, play in sports field, work in garden, climb trees, do bird watching or just admire the beauty of nature. Some of us adults get indulged into gardening, kids would play. Last week some kids joined and each made their own garden patch.

Initially in our enthusiasm we did give instructions …why not to dig too deep or even how to sow the seeds …. soon realized our interference would block in their learning process (some of them were first timer gardeners) – so soon we left them alone with an apology for interfering.

They made their own patches, decided what to grow, when to water and helped each other….and continued with their own learning path. They bowed in gratitude and joy to the rain for watering their patches just in time.
